Translating the WWW from Macro Content into Micro content

How big is the macro content portion of the World Wide Web?
Surely it is not less then a few dozen billion pages.
IMHO humanity will have to translate all this huge amount of macro content into micro content.
Why?
Because macro content is not efficient enough for human needs – it gives us more than we need. What we need is a certain amount of words that answer our curious queries – not more, not less.
Now, isn't that a huge vision?
